El Camarón

Phillip Oakley

With the holidays approaching, Common Giant began to concoct gift ideas that could get everyone in the office involved. The gift was being sent to all of Common Giant’s partners and needed to embody our “all hands on deck” spirit and approach. The popular decision to create our own office-aged aged tequila and cognac blend made the cut, and would receive the name “El Camarón.” The name stemmed from an infamous 1863 battle between the French Foreign Legion and the Mexican army in the sleepy town of El Camarón. The gift was a hit amongst our partners and there’s hope for more on the way soon.
