The Challenge
At the time ThoughtWorks engaged Common Giant, they were a burgeoning tech consulting company, poised for tremendous growth. Common Giant was tasked with orchestrating an engaging conference for C-level executives that showcased the future of business technology and positioned ThoughtWorks as a leader in the field. How could we build excitement and attract a significantly larger audience for them?
Our Solution
Our solution was two-pronged: address their greatest challenges with a clear focus and high-quality conversation, and deliver a high level of personalization combined with good old-fashioned fun.
First, the conference needed a name. ParadigmShift emphasized not only the impact of technology on the business but also the effect the event could have on the audience; it could change their day-to-day work lives.
Common Giant ensured every facet of the conference conveyed the strong theme of digital transformation. From video content and stage graphics to presentation decks, personalized gifts, and even coffee sleeves, the conference remained on theme and on-brand to exceed audience expectations.
The Result
ParadigmShift was an enormous success for Thoughtworks. So much so, that Common Giant helped ThoughtWorks take the conference on the road to tech-centric cities like Austin, Nashville, and Miami.
